All of our products have been tested for their quality and performance. If you are not satisfied in any way, you can return the unopened and unused product within 30 days.
Return requests made after 30 days will no longer be processed. We will only process returns and exchanges made according to our company's policy. Products that were damaged will not be processed.

Refunds are processed on a case to case basis. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the return request via email. We will also notify you if your return request has been approved or rejected.
Refunds are only given:
- If the product has been returned within 30 days of the purchase
- If the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
We will not accept returned items with damaged, unsealed, or altered packaging. Once your return request has been approved, your refund will be processed right away. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The funds will take several days to reflect back into your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
It usually takes between 3 to 10 days before the credit is reflected back into your bank account. If the credit isn’t reflected on your account, check with your credit card company first. The account information might not be updated yet. If the credit is still not showing up, contact your local bank. If you’ve done all of these and the credit remains missing, please email us at Support@Eyeclicklashes.com.
Shipping for returned items will be shouldered by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’ve received a refund, the shipping cost is deducted from the total amount. For exchanged items, the time it takes for the item to reach your doorstep will vary.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for products that cost over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Handling and Shipping
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Purchases during holidays and sale season will take extra time to be processed and shipped. Normal orders are shipped within two 2 business days from the purchase date.
However, handling and shipping take up to 7 days during peak season. Please note that we do not ship on US and Chinese holidays, as well as weekends. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or circumstances that are beyond our control.
It will take 7 to 20 business days for delivery within Canada. For international orders, please allow 15 to 30 days of delivery, depending on the location. Please make sure that someone is present to receive the item during delivery. It is your responsibility to track the delivery of the item. We won’t be responsible for unreceived items when the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are having quality problems with any of our products, we will offer an exchange or refund. You may have to ship the item back to us. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will process the exchange.
Clearance and Sale Items
Clearance merchandise is non-refundable and final sale. If your clearance items arrive with damage, please email us at Support@Eyeclicklashes.com. Include a photo of the damaged item and indicate the order number within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation date. We will provide a replacement item.
Replacements should be of the same product and style. There’s no need to return the damaged items to us to receive your replacement merchandise. If the clearance item is no longer available, you will receive a refund.
Orders are processed immediately for shipping. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it right away. Please email us at Support@Eyeclicklashes.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order. Cancellations will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
